Text to XML (whose full name is Text to XML, TAB to XML, CSV to XML) is a program that allows the user to convert plain text files, CSV files or files which are tab-delimited text directly to a file in XML.
At the time of the conversion, the Text to XML user can specify whether the first row is a header or not. It also allows you to customize the tags to be used in the resulting XML, the spacing between the characters, the row type to use, and so on. It allows you to use the XML CData to prevent illegal XML characters from creating conflict.
Text to XML provides also a tool to automatically remove blank fields there may be at the end of the XML document. It will be very useful, especially for applications written in C#, Java, Javascript, etc.
